Seasoned Construction Executive with more 40+ Years of Expertise
A leading professional in the Construction, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, with a career spanning four decades and encompassing the structuring and management of complex, diversified and large-scale projects.
Having begun my career in technical site management, I progressively assumed positions of increasing responsibility within leading national and international industry groups, covering the roles of Project Manager, Project Director, Business Unit Operations Director and International Market Development Director, through to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
My managerial track record includes structured and long-standing professional collaborations — held also in the capacity of senior executive and C-suite member — with listed corporations and major industrial conglomerates, institutional real estate investment funds, European-level general contractors, leading developers and real estate development companies, as well as public and private institutional clients operating across national and international markets.

Experience
Throughout my career I have developed a solid international professional network, complemented by an in-depth knowledge of international contract law and procedures — including the principal FIDIC, NEC and JCT standards — as well as extensive expertise in both traditional and innovative construction techniques, Project & Construction Management methodologies, advanced operational planning systems and risk analysis, assessment and mitigation processes.
My competencies further extend to integrated site management, health and safety management in compliance with applicable national and international regulations, advanced operational planning — through BIM, Lean Construction and CPM/PERT methodologies — and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams within complex and multicultural organisational environments.
